Hermes Personal Workspace
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
Hermes Personal Workspace is a private productivity automation used by the operator of SingreyBuilds. It connects to Google Drive and Google Sheets only after the Google account owner grants permission.
Google data the app accesses
Depending on the permissions approved by the account owner, the app may read, create, update, upload, download, or organize files in Google Drive and read or update Google Sheets. The app uses this access only to complete tasks explicitly requested by the account owner, such as maintaining business spreadsheets, uploading reports, and running approved automations.
How data is used
- To perform Drive and Sheets operations requested by the account owner.
- To keep approved spreadsheets and operational files up to date.
- To diagnose failed operations and maintain service reliability.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to build advertising profiles. It is not shared with third parties except infrastructure providers required to operate the private automation, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security controls.
Storage and retention
Files remain in the account owner's Google Drive. OAuth credentials are stored in a restricted private server environment and are used only to maintain the authorized connection. Minimal operational logs may be retained for security and troubleshooting. Access credentials are deleted when the connection is removed or when the account owner requests deletion.
Security
Access is limited to the account owner and the private automation environment. Credentials are not embedded in public website code or shared publicly. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect authorized data.
User control and deletion
The account owner can revoke access at any time from Google Account connections. To request deletion of stored OAuth credentials or related operational data, contact contact@singreybuilds.com.
Google API Services disclosure
Hermes Personal Workspace's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the app's functionality or data practices change. The revision date above identifies the current version.
