SingreyBuilds is one person: me. Design, code, releases and user feedback all run through the same head — so this place reads less like a team's voice and more like one person's working out loud.
My way of working is close to what's now called "vibe coding": I treat AI not as a tool I open and close, but as a partner sitting next to me. It lets me try more, try faster and notice wrong turns earlier. The judgment, the call and the responsibility stay with me — that part doesn't change.
There are several active projects right now: Cubitz is live on the mobile side. A new game and two web projects are quietly in development. SingreyBuilds isn't a showcase for any one of them; it's more like the backstage of all of them.
There are really three things I do here: build (products and experiments), learn (new models, tools, workflows), and share (essays, short notes, social posts). They aren't separate jobs — each one feels incomplete without the others.
The long-term goal isn't to scale a company. It's to keep being a builder who makes small things that are his own. This site is the written side of that journey.

- 01. Finish things in a way I can keep maintaining — not just ship-and-forget.
- 02. Bet on real usage, not hype.
- 03. Even solo, separate the roles — engineer, writer, owner.
- 04. Share the process, not only the outcome.
